This forum would be quicker to cover it up, deleting a thread like this than letting it prosper. I give it 5 pages before they find a reason to lock it and move it over to wherever.



I for one think this is great news, it definitely shines a light of hope for the layman fighter that has been stepped on by the big giant ufc for a long time. I would get too excited yet, let's see where the chips fall first... The ufc is powerful enough to pull strings even after the fact.
 
I think the most important thing to note here is the fact that this lawsuit started with 6 fighters 6 years ago, and currently has more than 1,200 fighters on board. That's years of unethical business malpractice and bad karma catching up to ya lol.


My prediction, the ufc will appeal, they will win the appeal and drag this out because they have the money to, and eventually they will either settle outside or straight up win. They will not lose, the elite never loses.

It does not mean they have 1200 fighters on board. It means 1200 fighters are eligible.
 
curious to what the definition of Elite Professional MMA Fighter is, especially if they have 1200 of them
