The stipe fight took a toll on Francis for a bit, he should have easily beaten Lewis but stipe made him realize he can be beaten and also that his cardio is a serious problem. He fought way too timid against Lewis the first time, I highly doubt that happens again.

Yes. Rockhold is shredded at 220 or so.
If he put on 25lbs of fat he would be a big HW. Taller and heavier than Cain with a smaller body fat %age.
Plus Ngannou is only 255lbs. I believe the heaviest fighter to make the HW limit was Lesnar, who hydrated back to supposedly 285lbs once.
Roy Nelson was always around 255lbs for argument.
Ngannous insane power doesnt derive from his weight and Rockhold is 6'3.

Edit: and Cormier is fat and short ffs.

People talk about how Francis was gun shy. Lewis fought a much better defensive fight than any of these guys did except Stipe. He waited and made Ngannou have to be first. JDS, Cain, Reem all walked right into the fire.

Technically and athletically hes one of the worst "elite" HWs to grace the UFC since the SEG days.

But hes a big guy with heavy hands, which has gotten him pretty far in a weak division.

Black Beast is very underrated, he is 13-5 in UFC and has finished all of his opponents except for 2. He has some of the best ground 'n' pound in UFC, actually would go as far to say he has the best ground and pound in UFC, once he gets on top its over always!! the guys never survive the round, its done.
