How does the NSAC divvy up the UFC fighter fine money amongst it's employees?

I would guess it doesn't go to their employees but is rather used as public funds for them to run operations.
 
You said you don't care of other states tax dollars have to cover the cost of the AC's - I was merely stating your state operates the same way as NV an CAL - your taxes don't pay for it - they get their funding from licensing, events and fines.

I don't think we're disagreeing about anything. I just don't mind that Cali and Nevada residents have to pay for their busy state ACs to operate (via licensing, fines, etc, which are in effect tax dollars) because they get the benefits of having a lot of shows held in their areas.
