How does the Grapplers Guide Work?

Can you pay for it and get it at anytime or does it open up only at certain times? I want to buy Grapplers Guide when I finish my summer job is September but I want to be sure that I will be able to do it then. When I click on it now, it says no "upgrades" are available.

I'm a member - it's great. As far as I know, memberships are lifetime and are always available. They do have sales - posted the other day that they would be doing a deeply discounted one (soon). I would reach out directly to Jason Scully, he is extremely responsive in my past experience.
