Personally think he could be a force at 170. 185 maybe not so much

Big chance he would get wrecked.. but then again would watch without a doubt. Very interesting fighter.

He hasn't beaten ANYONE to make me think he would even be middle tier in the UFC.

That doesn't mean he wouldn't be mid tier in the UFC though

We just don't know the answer yet

Bring him in UFC regardless of what happens, clearly fun fighter

He had a mutual opponent in Nah-Shon Burrell with Wonderboy.

Stephen Thompson

I reckon he can do great. He reminds me of Wonderboy but he needs quality opponents.

The UFC should sign him up as soon as his contract with Bellator is finished. If Bellator holds him long enough, he'll make his way to the top but he'll still need to go to the UFC to see how truly good he is - look at Lombard. Cleaned up Bellator but was never that good in the UFC

He was finally going to fight a decent mid tier opponent in Fernando Gonzalez but now he is fighting another low tier fighter.

Was wondering when we were going to get our daily "MVP/UFC" thread. Besides, he IS at 170. Why even bring up 185 when it doesn't even look like he'll win the Bellator title?

Is he playing touchbutt in the park with that pony tail dork?

I don't know if he's ready for the park yet - that's high level touch-butt.

Ido Portal interviewed on his experience with Page

I think he'll do fine he just needs the Benson Henderson fight before his Bellator contract is up.

Pretty much, the big issue is likely to be if he can keep fights standing or not, if so I think he could very much be a force.

Depends. Will the UFC give him the Sage treatment and give him no-names for 2 years? Or will he get the asian treatment?

Even Bellator doesn't believe he can be a top fighter, they'd have already given him a step-up in competition if it was the case.

He makes more money in other organisations so forget about it.
