How do you view Werdum vs Volkov?

Does Volkov have a good chance here? Can he stop the takedown for 5 rounds or finish Werdum? Does Werdum put up a good fight striking or is Volkov gonna beat him badly on the feet?

He is good at stopping the TD and if he can keep it on his feet he can maybe get a Decision

I have not been really impressed by Volkov's UFC run and I do not think Werdum needs takedowns to win that fight.

i had the thought myself but i think volkov's size could end up being a problem and he knows how to pressure when he gets you going backward.

It is HW so every fight is 1 clean shot away from being over. I like Volkov and am going with my gut on an upset but Werdum is still super legit so I am more than prepared to eat crow.

I think Werdum wins everywhere up, down, sideways but then upsets do happen so let's see.

Well, Browne is of similar size and Werdum still dominated him twice in stand-up fights. Travis may be done now, but at the time he was easily on Volkov's level.

Werdoom via better/more diverse striking also by being unafraid of the ground game. Volkovs only chance I think is to outpoint and game plan.

different than volkov. browne is awkward and a single blow type fighter. volkov is technical and more traditional.

but i see the comparison. just not sure if werdum can decision volkov like he did browne.
