TS should add "living dead".

I tried balut and it wasn't bad if you can get over how it looks. The locals in amusement watching me, the foreigner, eat it was probably the best part of the experience.

TS also forgot the "french" style of scrambled eggs. Takes more effort but it's my favorite.

For the real,

French style scrambled is legit..

I remember during Covid watching Ramsey make it and I was intrigued.

Definitely a bit more time consuming and needing to be all in with the constant whisking, but seriously worth it..on its own, or smeared atop a good piece of toast.

Scrambled or omelette is number 1. If I’m doing an egg sandwich then over hard.

Over easy with a sprinkle of everything bagel spice and a bit of sharp cheddar.

Over easy but poached is a close second

Poached are best but sometimes i CBF and will fry them. Key to frying is putting a lid on the frypan I reckon, cooks the top without the need for flipping.

I like eggs over sleazy for day to day.

I eat huevos con chorizo every two weeks because it is unhealthy.

said it had multiple votes and got rejected because I picked 8.

ended up going with soft scrambled and sunny side up . I figure soft scrambled is closest to good omelete rice (which is God tier food)
