Opinion How do you feel about the economy?

Actually the housing market has been cooling off a bit. I'm looking to buy in about a year and prices are dropping here in San Diego, which is huge consider how expensive it is the first place.

Yeah my sister bought in 2015 near Claremont and I'm thinking the top just happened. She has made a nice return, but I don't think it goes much above current values until 2020 at least. (when I said house prices were sky high I meant it as an indicator of wealth, not direction of trend)

I've been busy and on the road a lot!
Sadly my Plat tee got thrown away by a roommate a few years back on accident.
Just got back onto the forums as I have more free time now and have been binging news. Glad to see at least someone remembers me
