Are you still fat ? Any progress ?
Who is this? Seems like some non troll has taken over babies account. I actually really like this new guy, shit I've kinda sworn to resist engaging with this account but if this new guy sticks around we might even become friends, crazy times we live in.
Seriously bud, I really hope you can see the benefits to being genuine like this.
From what you just described about yourself I could give you a plan that works 100% of the time if adhered too. It does require a couple of weeks to get set up and get dialed in but after that it's very simple to stick with, it's not completely painless but the only thing hard about it is the things you don't/can't do. I think you've got it in you and it can be transformative.
This is what I do and it literally has never failed in more than 40 years for anyone with discipline, it even works with the occasional fuck up. I'd love to add your name to that list. And it ain't magic or trickery nor is there an original thought of mine within.
However I fucking hate typing and at this point I'm not taking the risk of getting suckered and that troll guy coming back.
Some great advice in this thread, good luck.
That doesn't sound like a lot of food, how much chicken and rice are you eatingThanks.
The diet that I picked is a little too low on the "below maintenance" aspect. But still. I can stick to it three days a week before I binge eat. Thats better than the random day I'd fast a month only to be sloppy in the next 29 days or whatever.
It hasn't changed. Two ham sandwiches, eggs and rice, chicken and mixed veggies salad. It totals between 2,000 to 2,500 calories per day. Being in that calorie deficit for three whole days before a cheeseburger really does wonders.
Assuming this is a real thread, you should try to fix that before anything else. This is atrocious food. All processed, no vitamins nor fibers. When I'm broke, chicken and rice. About once or twice a month, I'd eat leafy greens. I mostly eat ramen, whatever from panda express, maybe a cheeseburger from McDonald's, and frequent trips to a coffee shop for that sugary latte or machiato.
I also eat hotdogs from a convenience store. And I drink lots of soda.
I justify eating that way by occasionally fasting for 24 hours.

Maximus showed me a video of me back in my early twenties and I looked great. Like, very aesthetic. I was 220 pounds back then.
Well, I'm 33 years old now. Much stronger but much fatter at 260 pounds.
To "lose" fat, I'd occasionally do 24-hour fasts here and there. They've been much less frequent and my fat loss stalled. Strength have blown up though.
I don't like the occasional fasts anymore. I want something that is a bit more sustainable. Steady calorie deficit for many days before a cheat day or something.
My main thing though is...
I want leafy greens to be there... I can't live without leafy greens man. Spinach, kale, whatever. I don't know why.
Can I eat blueberries? How much per day?
Rice and chicken good enough for protein and carbs? Pre-cooked chicken is something I can afford. Grocery store is close by.
Aside from all of that, what else do I eat? Eggs? Salmon? Walnuts?
If I want walnuts as a permanent part of my diet... Well, can I have them? Or are they too calorie rich?
Steak and eggs... absolute magic@maximus__

Everbody on the planet should read up on it, I'd guess the majority of people have no idea where they are at and you often can't feel anything. They don't call it The Silent Killer for nothing. Mine has gone crazy high before during some testing in studies and i would have had no idea had I not seen it on the big screen. Actually that's not true because I was informed for safety, couldn't feel it is the point.Just a tipp to everyone ITT who may not be aware of hypertension, because I suspect that this is the case for a few posters.
I myself didn‘t even know what it was until I has to deal with stress exhaustion recently and had to deal with hypertension episodes.
In a nutshell, if your blood pressure is above 135/85, you should read up on it, it will make you re-think a bunch of things you think you know.
Absolutely. It‘s typically a mix of stress, nutrition, lifestyle and genetics. In any event, everyone should get their levels checked because a fuckload of people have it without knowing.Everbody on the planet should read up on it, I'd guess the majority of people have no idea where they are at and you often can't feel anything.
