Lol I was joking with my original reply but honestly it’s not that bad. Dieting sucks but sleeping isn’t too hard at all. The main thing that’s different for me tho is my weigh ins are at 6pm the day before the fight, so I wake up that morning and go sit in the sauna until I’m on weight. I don’t have to sleep while cutting water. The ufc guys weigh in super early so they have to cut weight all night. That would seriously throw me off.
As far as your nerves and how anxious you are, it was pretty bad for my first fight. I don’t think I slept well that week but still got some sleep. With all the fights I’ve had tho now it’s a regular thing for me. I get more nervous the day of the fight then I do the whole week before.
