How did the magny/silva fight go?

Magny was an underdog showing up on 2 weeks notice and he won the fight decisively. How was that not a good showing? You can't appreciate good technique.

He landed a knee that rocked silva &
didn't jump on it. Not a move that you would
expect from an elite fighter. But silva is tough
But given magnys far superior gas tank, it
wouldn't have been too much to ask for a
little follow up. Fuck it, Neil ' s getting paid

Silva's next can can't come soon enough. Then everybody will act like he's a world beater again. Seems like this cycle has been going on. The fans want so much for this guy to happen.

Silva just can't get it done against the better fighters.

Magny Vs Rory makes sense at this point.

Not sure if srs...

Rory would fucking destroy Magny. Magny was able to employ a smart game plan of using his length and gas tank against Silva who is throws wild strikes that empty his thimble sized gas tank. Mag also handled things properly on the mat.

It was a clear 30/27 or a slightly less clear 29/28 for Magny. The judge who gave it to Silva needs to be fired.

Yeah, it went how every other Erick Silva fight goes when he can't get the stoppage. Magny kept great distance on the feet and smothered him on the ground to a decision. Shouldn't have been a split though.

I could possibly understand giving Silva the last round if you score leg kicks really highly, but forgetting that, I had it a clear 30-27 for Magny.

29-28 Silva is ridiculous.
