How crazy is it that the best MMA fighter in the world literally CAN'T fight in the UFC

OP is either brain dead or this is a terrible troll post.

Yeah having a weight limit on heavy weight is just returded. Granted if the UFC was an actual sport and stacked to the gills with talent, where they could easily support a super HW division, like LHW at 205, HW at 225 and super HW 226+ with no limit. All the low iq redditards go to argument of not removing the 265 lb limit is saying that the UFC would be filled with a bunch of geriatric obesities. Like how the fuck these low tards think the ufc is only gonna hire people who supremely obese? And if the UFC did do that, that is on the UFC and not an indictment of the 265 weight limit. Plenty of guys who could weigh in over 265 and still not be a fatass. Like stated by OP, you got people who are over 265lbs who aren't just fatasses. Look at shaq and he could never get a chance in the UFC.

Again if the UFC was a legit sport, they could get these bigger men who are choosing to make millions in other sports like NFL, NHL, NBA, rugby, soccer, MLB, etc. Hell if a guy like Tyson Fury had the option to go UFC , but instead he has no shot bc of some mythological weight limit set at 265 lbs.

I love Eddie Hall more than some of my family but even he admits he'd have ZERO chance against Francis Ngannou.

I'm betting he'd have less than a 1% chance with the top 20 heavyweights.

Let me first be clear, by best MMA fighter in the world I do NOT mean the most skilled, I mean the person that would beat all other fighters, regardless of weight, gender, etc.

Eddie Hall just finished Pudzianowski in 30 seconds, proving that sheer size and strength can overcome decades of martial arts training. Due to an absolute ridiculous, farcical, arbitrary rule, Hall can't fight in the UFC because he's too big.....how in the fucking world can that be justified? It's basically discrimination against larger humans?

And I'm not being facetious, how can you ethically exclude larger humans from fighting at the highest weight class?!?!

Hall would be UFC champion within two years. Every single hour of martial arts training for him is like a month for a regular man. Just his one boxing match with Hafthor was enough to develop the ability to KO a veteran like Pudz in 30 seconds. Imagine what some wrestling and BJJ training will do when combined with those physical abilities.

I don't care who you are, even Jones or Aspinall, you're not stopping a takedown from an elite athlete than weigh 100 more lbs than you.

This absurd, literally exclusionary and bigoted weight cap must be lifted, so we can actually see who the best fighter in the world is. Until then, the UFC HW title will always have an asterisk and be more like some bizarre handicap or affirmative action version of the sport of MMA.
Personally I don’t think eddie hall could beat jones or aspinall but I would like to see him in the higher leagues of the sport for sure. I think its wayyy too early though for him to go into a pro league but if I remember correctly one fc has a heavier heavy weight class that could be a good test over there

There should be no weight limit for the HW division. All the low iq turdbuckets against an open weight keep claiming the morbidly obese would take over. Problem with this stupid retard logic is that the UFC doesn't have sign morbid obese people. If they do, then that is on the UFC.
we already have fat fucks in HW

Every bit of muscle or fat a man adds to his body works the heart that much harder. Cinema and gym bro culture has convinced far too many men that they "need to put on mass". No you don't. You don't need any more muscle and fat than your body needs to function - athletically or otherwise.

Do you think this man ever gave a fuck about putting on muscle? Of course not. Meanwhile lads in 2025 be stressing over "gains" or "lean is law" or "lookmaxing". Come on now
your heart isn't gonna give out tom you getting jacked if your not on steroids
