Full thing here to read, article at bottom

Cliffs- 4.5 trillion in tax cuts with only spending cuts of 2 trillion, and a debt ceiling increase of 4 trillion

This isn't fiscally responsible Conservatives. This is just a different flavor of government overspending

Debt cliffs- 36 trillion in debt, planned deficit spending of 1.9 trillion (2024 for example had 1.8 trillion in deficit spending, 2023 was 1.69 tril, 2022 was 1.37 tril)

The CRFB's analysis, as mentioned in web results, suggests that to achieve a balanced budget within a decade, approximately $14.6 trillion in deficit reduction would be needed through 2032. This includes over $2 trillion in policy savings in 2032 alone

I think we're cooked m8

I'm honestly surprised if it would be any different.

The gov has no fucking clue how to balance their budget and are in too deep waters currently so they just keep spending.

The GOP just doesn't give a shit. Are you still waiting on those trickle down economics to help the little man? We've got to ensure the rich get all this help monetarily so that it shifts down to the poors.

By this logic, they could do the 2 tril in spending cuts they want and then just NOT do the big business tax cuts and we’d be on our way to this resolution

One thing Booger Desk Trump knows how to do is add to the deficit.
