I know I've come across a few members who mentioned they do this on the side.

This is one of the most satisfying things I could imagine. Risky but rewarding.

i work out a lot, eat right, sleep, and always make a nice protein shake after I lift. I dont think I will ever be strong enough to flip a house over though. Your crew must be all like nfl sized people, tahts craZy. I can barely even lift the front end of a car up with another dude on the other wheel well. grats, thius is impressive.

I flipped my house. It may as well have been a smoking crater in the ground when I bought it. Lime green walls and shit like that. Me and my Dad completely re-did it together. Definitely not the most professional job you've ever seen but I'll make a tidy profit whenever I sell up
