You still haven’t explained how Khabib is being a hypocrite. Islam does not require perfection, in fact it specifically says that perfection is unattainable, therefore the point is to ask forgiveness and do your best. Being polite to a pot head, or looking up to a boxer (from an athletic standpoint) who doesn’t lead a moral life is not contradictory to Islamic principles. Your mistake here is that you clearly have no idea about the core beliefs in Islam, and without that you have no basis by which to judge whether Khabib is being a hypocrite. I’ll just give you an example of how clueless you are here, there is an old Islamic story in which one of the Prophet Muhammad’s favorite companions & followers was a raging alcoholic, and yet he was always treated kindly by the Prophet and kept his company. The moral being that his sinful lifestyle while wrong did not mean he was untouchable. So the fact that Khabib is socializing with Tyson and showing him respect is entirely within the tradition of Islam. According to traditional Sunni Islam (Khabib’s sect) the proper way to interact with people who are “sinful” and don’t hold Islamic beliefs is to treat them well and show by example, not to isolate or banish them. Those are Khabib’s principles. Before you accuse someone of being a hypocrite perhaps you should actually learn what their beliefs are.
