• Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Hong Kong!

I loved Hong Kong when I was there in 2000. The food was great. I did plenty of sea kayaking and hiking. The only bad thing was the heat wave and extreme humidity at the time.
 
Great responses everyone! No electricity on our island today so just now getting to read all this. I work full-time online (futures trader) so with exploring only a couple hours each day, it will take me a month to accomplish what most tourists do in a week. And the trip is planned for Oct or Nov, so it's much cooler there at that time and a big relief from the oppressive heat here in the Phils. Not trying to obtain fluency in Cantonese, but just learn a few words and phrases as a sign of respect to the locals. Thanks again, especially to the guy that signed up to comment on this thread! :)
