We've seen this pattern before. A cocky, dominant bully champ gets humbled. Doesn't accept the loss, refuses to accept it, stays arrogant, takes a rematch and loses again. Their career is either over right there, or they drag on a wretched existence repeatedly losing to mid level opponents as a shadow of their former selves.

It's Ronda Rousey
It's Brock Lesnar
It's Anderson Silva
It's JDS
It's Jose Aldo
It's Joanna Gatekeeper

Now because there are a lot of autistic people on the internet I have to add the qualifier that no, not every example fits the pattern exactly. It's a general pattern. Autistic people don't understand things like that from context so you have to state it explicitly.

I firmly believe that JJ is the latest victim of this pattern. She has not accepted either loss whatsoever, blaming everyone around her or saying it was luck or terrible judges. Rose has obviously shown everyone how to beat her and she has lost all of her momentum and aura as well as the belt. The fact that she is posting #numbersdontlie just underlines the fact that she has pillow fists and was completely unable to phase Rose despite that large volume of pitter patter. She's finished. Rose took her soul when she made her tap out and last night she buried her.

she will move up and get butchered .

Idk Rose might just be a bad matchup. She wrecked everyone else.

I hope so. Her fights are boring as hell, she has a horrible personality, and not easy on the eyes at all.

Tate lost twice to Honda and still came back to beat Holm who kicked Rondas head into the 19th row.

She could have easily won that fight if she came in with a Matt Brown-ish game plan. Rough up Rose with her far-superior physical strength in the clinch and attack her with low kicks at distance.

Ultimately either her team is incompetent, or she wanted to prove she could outbox Rose. Either way that's the product of that shitty game-plan.

JDS was a dominant bully champ? brock?

I always thought JJ was nothing special and that the division is just meh, like all WMMA divisions mind you. I even thought Andrade would reck her . Most of the women are still noobs so if she sticks like to the top 5 chicks shel do fine I guess

She has so little power she landed loads of low kicks and a good number of jabs and achieved nothing.

valentina beats the fuck outta her with ease

I think she looked good, and it was a competitive fight, at one point in round 4 I even favoued in to win, and I hate her.

I would like to see a third fight eventually.

Who got the picture of her face after last night's fight?

It's karma for the years of ex champions demanding, and being awarded instant rematches without coming back the old way, the real way.

Its MMA

You wake up one day and you no longer have it

It happens to literally everyone

She looked her usual self. Rose is just better.. womens mma isbso weak joanna will prob earn snother shot

Jedzejechyk vs Shevchenko at 125 would be pretty dope.

Now I have a clear victory by Valentina, but the fight itself should be fun.

Should take some time off. Maybe think about going back to her old team.

I really don't want to sound like that asshole downplaying solid fighters but in this case I will. Holly is a challenge for anyone, but she's not a great mixed martial artist.
