That changes nothing. Jews are easily THE most successful ethnic group in the US by wealth, income, education, poverty, etc. They kick everyone's ass. Persians, Japanese, whatever.
So it is interesting that while they did experience discrimination in this country, post WWII, that's just about disappeared. They're pretty much considered another white sub-group like Irish or Italian. Discrimination against them is very scant and nothing close to systematic like it is for nonwhite minorities. In fact, they're extremely successful and privileged now.
Here's one of my favorite Jews (and I got a lot of them), Norman Finkelstein, keeping it real as shit on this subject, and some others.
I think there is a useful distinction here. Jews no longer receive systematic discrimination in this country - what is often referred to as "racism" in ethnic studies classes. There is still plenty of anti-jewish prejudice (without digging into this thread, I bet you can find some in it or others like it), and even anti-jewish hate crimes, but jews are no longer excluded by the system as a whole in the U.S.
