I'm from the regular (sunni) muslim religion. they are allowed to show only face hands and feet, though some cultures add the face veil as well.

However, I have a female friend from my bjj gym named naomi, she used to belong is a super conservative Haredi Jewish neighborhood and family. I kid you not, they allowed them to change their clothes only in the darkness, and forbid them from showering naked.
