It's almost certain the "I feel GREAT" and little girl hug stunt is something they came up with when they were still playing the overheating angle. The presumably original tweet with the video of her leaving the apartment was at 11:52. The first video of the fall was posted on sherdog at 11:55. The campaign didn't realize people had filmed Hillary. If she hadn't been filmed the campaign would very likely still be claiming overheat now.
