When i joined this site a year or so ago you were the first one to help me get started with a routine. Now i was thinking about moving to a 3 x week full body workout. I remember some time ago reading that you had a nice FBW going, but I couldn't seem to find the exact thread/post in my searching. Do you think you could post it, or an example of it?

yeah, I describe a full body split in strength training 102.
also check out joe kenn's tier system. He has a book out called teh strength coaches playbook, or something like that
