My dad used to play chess in our local park in Huntigton Beach. I once saw Tito spontaneously (while jogging) decide he could beat the chess players at chess. I saw him playing against a chess enthusiast's 10 yr old son, talking a lot of trash to him when he made his moves. The boy was visibly confused as Tito was unable to understand the game and would lose continuously. He would lay up a checkmate for tito out of pity, who sadly didnt recognize this. Tito would get angrier and angrier and eventually swept all the pieces off the board, then stormed off stating angrily "that kid dont understand checkers like me, im a show him".
My father who was getting older did not understand why "a mentally disabled man would get so angry over few games".
