Revisiting Silva vs Bisping round 3. Hardcore Silva fanboys, or Bisping haters are highly delusional when it comes to the end of round 3 in this fight. If herb dean would have stopped this fight it would have been a travesty of a result for Michael Bisping. Herb avoided one of the biggest mishaps the sport would have ever seen. This is coming from someone non biased who is a fan of both fighters.

-Bisping was NOT unconscious, and clearly still coherent to what was going on. He was hurt but heard the bell ring immediately which is why he didn’t cover up and sat there to regain his wits.

-If you want to see a real example of a fighter being KOed at the bell, go watch Machida vs Thiago Silva. Thiago was clearly KOed and the fight was rightfully waved off.

-bisping showed zero sign of wanting to give up in his corner and was ready to go on time. No stool gate Romero-Kennedy situation needed.

-bisping was obviously rocked and close to being finished, but he still went on to be the more active fighter and WIN round 4.

When the next round started Bisping was still hurt and Anderson did nothing, moved away and Bisping ended up winning the round.

Well it's kind of subjective what consititutes a break in the action isn't it; but I reckon if someone has enough time to keep looking over at the ref and pointing at it, then there's probably enough separation there to make sure he doesn't lose all his teeth for no reason.
