Cejudo is much more well rounded and a much better fighter than Israel and Jorge put together but unfortunately for him, nobody cares about his fights.

I'd definitely like to watch him fight again. But the truth is I don't even think about him unless someone here makes a thread about him.

Both fighhters are in the middle of turning in for takedowns at the point the fight is stopped. Especially vs TJ he is turning through the ground and pound. It doesn't even stop him turning the corner it's so soft.Cruz goes down but at no point stops reaching. It's MMA, you can't shell up or they say you aren't "intelligently defending" and you can't turn in because "you are taking unanswered shots".
Barao vs Urijah is another example and Urijah goes face down. Do you think it's justified? The strikes actually have to stop the fighter. It's not just who can throw the most punches fast on the ground. Stop the fight when they are face down then, not 5 secs later when thhey clearly are fine.

In the end Cejudo retired. Hhe could have kept fighting and became a star. I just don't like hhis title run. It wasn't that impressive to me. I just think he benefitted from some bad decisions andd stoppages.

This shows how terrible of a manager Ali is. It wouldn’t surprise me if Ali has some back deal with the UFC so they don’t have to pay them a lot of money.

Israel Adesanya’s manager is Tim Simpson and Masvidal’s manager is Malki Kawa and they’re both the top 3 highest paid UFC fighters (supposedly).

Also Colby Covington not getting PPVs is proof that a lot of these “managers” really don’t know what they’re doing.

You are probably right until the last two lines.

You can't say that about Khamzat until he lives up to his hype, which he might just do. But, still.

I am aware Khamzat has not attained a UFC belt or champ-champ status yet, but I truly feel he is a top p4p fighter already and would favor him against Izzy and Usman. Cejudo was a legitimate champ-champ, something not even Izzy could do, and I believe Khamzat is the only other fighter at this level presently that are true triple champ type of threats. That is what I meant, tho I could and may well be wrong.

Everyone has different priorities for what they want to see in MMA, but for me, I just want to see the absolute best fighters taking on the best. If I were Dana, Id pay Henry above paying Journeyman Jorge.
