Then why not use a gif that actually shows that? That gif is an overhand right into a clinch takedown which he did often(similar to Fedor who also didn't shoot for takedowns) but he didn't shoot much and I don't remember him faking shots either, this gif is neither.

I am gonna say maybe a 60 % chance of it ending with a Crop Cop LHK and a 40 % chance of it ending with an H Bomb. Very little chance of ending in a decision for either fighter.

Prime CroCop vs Prime Hen = CroCop by outclassing and disrespecting Hen's wrestling and K him O cold.

Prime CroCop vs TRT Hen = CroCop still outclasses Hen and KOs him. Hen would not use his wrestling and get picked apart and get KTFO.

Post Gonzo CroCop vs TRT Hen = close fight. I see CroCop being too tentative and winning a very boring fight. Worse than the Machida / Hen fight.

Worst possible match up for any version of Dan. He'd get picked apart worse than in the Silva fight.

CroCop was a beast back in his day because in 2004 when MMA was still evolving, having a one-dimensional arsenal was effective. Once Mirko went to the UFC he was still 'Prime'... just the evolvement of the game long surpassed his Sprawl and Kick style which nullified his beastness. We saw Gonzaga throw him to the floor and through an unreasonable stand up we also got to see CroCop die by the sword he relied on so much. This really set a precedent in MMA that one-style fighters won't reign supreme over the more flexible style employed by fighters today.

Hendos been in there with some great fighters and never been KOd, hes also an ex olympic wrestler with serious power in his striking. At LHW at least.

If nothing else, the man is durable.

That doesn't mean shit when you are getting kicked by Cro Cop. unless you're Mark Hunt.

Hendo has nothing for prime Mirko besides a punches chance.

Kevin Randleman KO'd 'Prime' CroCop. In fact I believe it was Randleman's only victory in Pride haha. Everyone is forgetting that Dan made the move from Pride to the cage much better than CroCop. Without a ring CroCop is mediocre. Just compare who has defeated the top fighters in the sport.
