help with cardio routine

    Someone help me with a beggining cardio routine please?Any help would be cool.Trying to get into shape for bjj.

    go to t-mag.com and look up "running man". that article outlines a pretty good beginner interval routine. That's what I reccomend if you're not morbidly obese, or have some other physical impairments you're not listing. Basically if you're a normal healthy person, start there.

    That's more of a strength workout. He does steady cardio 3 times a week.
