Hey guys I'd appreciate if you could take a look at my below mma/boxing/muy Thai schedule and tell me what 2 days you think would be best to do my weight/strength training. I'm still new to fight training so I'm trying to figure out spacing to prevent fatigue. My gnarliest day is Friday's 2 hour wrestling session. Sylvester Turkay is our coach and puts us through grueling drills. best sleep of the week after this class.
My lifts are compound full body upper/lower push/pull combination of low reps heavy weight. I'd also like to squeeze sprints in somewhere 2 days a week. My fight training is always in the evening. I have an hour I can devote from 12-1pm I can spend ok weights. What are your suggestions?

1st day (Monday afternoon?)
Squats + BW pull ups
KB shoulder press + lunges
Barbell Glute/ham raises
iso chin holds (25seconds) + push-ups

2nd day (Thursday afternoon?)
Deadlift
DB floor press
Weighted Pull ups
Single leg DB deadlifts
3x5 box jumps + med ball wall slams

Technique schedule

Honestly, just play with the timing and do what feels best. Not sure there's a golden rule. Start with the Monday Thursday. Do it for a few weeks assess how you feel, move the days up one, try that, assess. Do this for a while, then settle on what you felt worked the best for you. Won't know unless you try.

I'd probably do Monday and Wednesday overloading sessions, and then a light session on friday morning. I assume that friday is the most stressful day of the week in terms of training load

I normally don't like to have pull days and striking together. I tend to pull something up there when it happens.
Same thing with heavy squat/lower day, I don't have that on days with grappling. Went against a spazz a few times, and exploding from the bottom frequently, I thought I was going to hear my hammies.

But thats me, its up to you
