My brother (ObsceneJester) and I are going to be doing some hardcore exercises for weightloss and cardio starting this week. I was wondering some good workouts we could do day-by-day(Monday-Friday). We are already on a good diet, and have plenty of sleep. But now we need some challenging exercises. Me and my brother have been doing Tabata for a couple of weeks, but was told this was just a good base program and now we are looking for some other exercises to lose some weight and improve are cardio and endurance. If someone would be so kind to put up some kind of weekly workout plan on what we should do, it would be much apprectiated. O yea neither of us train for MMA or anything like that, just a fan. So doing some mat work, or punching a punching bag wont be anything we could really do.
