OK i need help here. I haven't been to a gym for about 2 years and have decided its time to start going so I hoped that someone could help suggest a decent workout to fit my goal of achieving maximum muscle gain.
By the way i'm 5'11 and weigh about 150 pounds so really need to put the weight on.
Any other advice (eating) would be much appreciated too..
