Help me decipher this Bisping quote

On his most recent podcast, Bisping notes that an “old training partner” was on steroids (no one knew at the time) and was an absolute destroyer in the gym and on the circuit. Bisping was certain he’d be a champion, and even told Dana about him. Once he got signed, he got off the juice and was KO’d in the first round. I’ve trying to figure out who he was talking about...any ideas??

Sean Salmon when he got Bro-Copped by Rashad? That is my guess. Salmon was 9-1 coming into that fight and got KO'd in his UFC debut. I know that he trained at Wolfslair, I just don't know when he started training there.

Well if it was Pride he probably wouldn't have stopped juicing since they were pretty clear that was cool in Japan so I'm gonna guess the UFC

Another possibility is Mario Neto. He trained at Wolfslair and got smoked by Eddie Sanchez in a matter of seconds in his one and only UFC fight.
