Rebellion is so legit. One of the GOAT 4X games for my money
It's also now on GOG for $6

Too bad it didn't include Shadows of the Empire.
It doesn't have Rogue Squadron either.Hah, came in here looking to see if it did.
KOTR I and II, then Battlefront II, easily.
Too bad it didn't include Shadows of the Empire.

Ok, so I bought the Star Wars Collection on Steam to get in the right state of mind for the next two weeks. There's a lot of dead meat there, but I figured it had enough quality in it to make it worth the low price.
The contents (with notes on personal experience) are as follows:
Dark Forces
KOTOR
The Force Unleashed I and II
Battlefront II
Empire at War
Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight
Jedi Academy
JK: Mysteries of the Sith
JK II: Jedi Outcast
KOTOR 2
Republic Commando
Starfighter
The Clone Wars
I've played KOTOR I and Dark Forces I and II, but otherwise, I don't really know any of them. I remember oddly little of KOTOR, even though I enjoyed it tremendously, while the two DF games are for some reason quite fresh in my mind.
So, what should I play? It's a fine balance here between quality and datedness. Any opinions? Advice? Neccesary mods?
I'd recommend Empire at War if you like strategy games. I actually just reinstalled Empire at War and the Forces of Corruption expansion last night and played for a while. It's good fun and the graphics still hold up well enough that it doesn't bother me too much. KOTOR 2 is also good if you've played through KOTOR already. The Force Unleashed 1 and 2 are fun games but also quite short, it'll probably take less than 10 hours to beat each one.
Loved Empire at War, I lost the damn install disk or I'd play through again.
$8 at GOG
Includes all the expansion packs too. I may be getting it....
