Help I think I'm getting divorced

It sounds like you might be paying alimony. You really need a lawyer. If they set up a non-modifiable alimony payment you will be at her mercy until she remarries or dies. Never agree to that unless you feel like you are going to make substantially more money in the near future. Please get a lawyer, you have friends in this that can help. Seriously, there is a divorce attorney's office right next to my company's office, and one day a guy walked in there, started arguing with one of the attorney's, and then shot himself. I am not sure if he was a client, or his x-wife was a client, or what. Don't do that.

Yep. Women have no shame. She will lie, get a lawyer, and fuck you out of everything she can. Get a female lawyer. They know a little more about how women think (albeit not much because they don’t think), and it will look more favorable in court instead of looking like a couple of guys bullying a woman.

This will sound harsh, but lawyer right away, and from day one let him know you want to fuck her over before she can do it to you. Whatever you need to, to get the upper hand. Save bills, record convos, key log the computer, because your chances of coming out of this unscathed are slim to none.

What have you two done to save your marriage? Getting a divorce is the easy way out. Both of you need to stop being selfish and do what's best for your 13 daughter.

I’m such a spiteful asshole that I would fuck my wife’s man if she was cheating on me, just to get to her. I would take one for the cause. I might even give him the ol’ Jack Reacheround.
 
Make sure that before you leave, you impress upon her that she is overweight and unpleasant to the eyes. Make her question her intelligence by constantly reminding her that she is indeed a mental retard.
