I’m in the countryside and where I live I have some secure buildings well fenced etc with CCTV and alarms, no neighbours

if I get people in the yard or trying to break into sheds what should I do?

Usually I have a really bright led torch in my bedroom, I shine that in the yard while my hot wife calls the cops, that’s made them run before

Once I ran outside and fires my gun in the air and I didn’t get any trouble for about 5 years after that

I want to scare them off properly, make them shit themselves

I can’t do to much as they know where I live, I don’t want a war just make them poo there pants

Smart cameras can detect if a moment is caused by animals or people.
So if you have any of those, just pair them with IFTTT so that a loud noise and bright light is displayed?

If you're being serious, consider getting bigger dogs. You shouldn't be worried about your dogs getting hurt by the intruders, it should be the opposite. I don't know where exactly in Europe you live, but šarplaninac, kangal or some other huge shepherd breed is a must if you're living on an isolated farm or something (I do). It's not an overnight solution so until you get the dogs and they've grown big enough, shout at those thieves that you're a Sherdogger.
