Help finding a workout plan

I need to get ready for wrestling and bjj (get stronger) . I weigh 111 pounds and 5'6-5'7 and im 14. I also got a gym membership too.
 
the good news is that there's a wealth of knowledge available in the stickies. Start there, come back with more specific questions.
 
I know but can somebody like give me a routine for like what some of you Wrestlers do. Or like overall get stronger
 
There are lots of routines in the stickies. You can't just follow blindly a routine if you don't understand how the routine works.
