Hello Everyone!

Yeah man, I'm not all freaked out, so that is good :)

Found some balance, got my shit back together, and have a shot with a good woman. I guess that qualifies as pretty good for now.

Still reading your recommendations on crime novel reading. So far I like John Connolly, still havent managed to read anything from Starks, Vachss or Bain. Got another 20 or so books to go through before I get to them.

Read the Stark. It's actually Westlake, but darker. Thanks!

Hey gryphonart. It's been a long time since I saw you in the plats.

Yeah I dropped out. Hard to reconcile practicing right speech there. Here too, so just dropped off all together. Now, I figure it is easier and doesn't matter, change in perspective.

Ill bump him up the list. A question, who in your opinion is similar to John Connolly in that they successfully bind both horror/crime?

Tom Piccirilli, and the later Ken Bruen books in the Jack Taylor Series. Like after the 8th one or so it get's supernatural.

Sorry, no exciting stories, no great path to nirvana, just a slow rediscovery of purpose and meaning. That required a lot less time wasted on the internet, and this was a big culprit. So, I assume everything remained just as fucked up and stupid here during my absence.

This is an interesting thing to say after going on about spiritual growth. I've found that the dichotomy of man and schizophrenia share a car pool lane. Howdy gryph.

I changed. I assumed everything here stayed the same. I'm not split, yet more one with myself and everything else. That is why I am able to come back in here. We are all fucked up. We are all at peace. It is really a matter of perspective. You change the way you look at things, the things themselves change. I only know you through what I read of you, so my interpretation of you is all there is. That goes the other way too, but neither of us stay the same, we both changed.

And, Hi Fawlty. Well met.

Welcome back, Fellow Washintonian! How are you enjoying the weather we're having?

Glad to hear things are going well!

Rainy! Still doing well on the trout, and it is good for my garden. I cannot complain.

Hah, yeah... The past two days have been rainy as fuck. It was sunny there for a while too. But I'm about to head down to LV for a week though, so I've got no complaints :D

Where are you fishing at?

Dewatto mostly. Oyster picking there too. Guaranteed trout limit.

Oh, I never care about right speech in there, nor in here. It's okay. Sometimes we need a break from stuff. Glad to hear you have been growing spiritually.
