This. Everybody's comparing his 205lb dieted and water cut body vs his present 240-250 whatever he is body instead of his non-camp body that was like 220-230. Which is the actual comparison to be made here as those are his normal non-cutting bodies. And there's a big difference when you compare his non-cutting bodies where he's clearly much more filled out nowadays.

Everybody thinking he'd appear as an Ubereem or Ngannou was ignoring how he normally looked outside of camp. Maybe he could've gotten a bit closer to that after 3 years of prep sure, but he's clearly much more filled out and bigger than his LHW days. That's just not disputable.

Putting on 20 lbs of efficient mass particularly for cardio intensive endevour is simply fucking hard, especially over 30.

People who think its easy, or the results present bodybuilder physiques, are literally on their couches eating cheetos playing video games in their free time totally ignorant of athletics.
