Yeah heavy 1/3 and even 1/4 squats are part of a lot of sprinters lifting, not really heavy full squats. A, B and C running drills, hurdle plyometrics and many a fast stride at around 70-80% max speed over 50 yards.
Keep the squats and the light plyos for the same session. The drills and the strides for another session. We don't wanna be straining anything
