Crime Headlining Crime Megathread Vol 4.

Yeah, so this dude was road raging and braking checking a dude, both of them pulled guns, and this idiot fired through his windshield. Those bullets could have hit anyone.

And he posted the whole ass video and pretended like he was an innocent victim.

This.

What a fucking retard.

They video is even more damning. He sped up to catch up to the other idiot. I understand it is easy to get very posses off while driving. I don’t know why we do, but slow drivers, fast and aggressive, bad drivers all piss us off. But his reaction was anger not self defense. If he claims he drew his gun after the other guy displayed his three times, then he should have backed off, not sped up to take shots at him.
He should've done the responsible thing and let that asshole drive off while muttering obscenities to himself

Wut?

He shot through his windshield and unless they all managed to embed in the other dude's car, they kept going. It's a really stupid thing to do, and that's one of the various reasons.

you have no comprehension of ballistics/logic/logistics/etc, i see. no, the bullets could NOT have "hit anyone."

ffs, bullets drop. especially out of a handgun.

So, the bullets couldn't have possibly hit unintended targets?

lmao "bullets drop" such insight

No video but from your description, brandishing a gun in that situation he deserved to be shot

I notice standing in front of a building with an AR in the ready position isn't considered "brandishing" by anyone on the right.

This is the passenger “next time give me a heads up n... give me time to lower my window... bro only trying to save my ear over here while u over here shooting up.

While I technically can't fault the shooter. It is not something I would do, especially with a passenger in the car.

What an idiot. I hope his insurance doesn't cover the windshield.

Well that is completely legal after all, depending on where you are at

Dude is an idiot

That piece of shit should be locked up. He was going around just looking for a fight there. As soon as he break checked the other guy he flipped him off and immediately pull out his gun and set it on his lap. He wanted to shoot. Then shot his gun out his own window on a busy highway?? Even his own passenger thought he was an idiot.

100 % no fault from the guy who was shooting. If you pull and point a gun at someone obviously that’s an immediate threat to their life.

Are you serious?? The car was driving away. The guy who shot didn't have to shoot at all. It's like if someone broke into your house and ran down the street and you chased him to the next block and shot him and tried to claim self defense.

"He also noted that he had not been trespassing on the Twiner’s property. The Twiners said that because they pay taxes and own property on both sides of the road they should not have to deal with people riding ATVs on the road."

lol
I mean, Native Americans basically use the same logic on the NY State thruway.

Just a couple of good ol' boys, never meaning no harm

If they shot one of the teens we'd be hearing Sherfront arguments about how the kids stole something from a gas station before making their getaway. That's when the guy and his son did their civil duty. I mean, one of them filled out the application to join the police academy once!!!
