The guy instigated it by slamming on his brakes. If someone tails you, give them a way to go around. Dont act like an immature prick.

He carries while driving which means he put himself in plenty of these situations before. There is no isolated incident. Just like Zimmerman, the nature of the man himself invites that conflict.

the fact that’s he’s willing to shoot thru his own windshield and endangering his on passenger with broken glass tells me he’s reckless and looking for a fight.

This was anger and ego. His life wasn’t in danger. He should have hit the breaks. Even though they sometimes do, cops aren’t even supposed to shoot at moving vehicles and this idiot is not even remotely trained like cops. Before it was basically outlawed, I remember training about drawing my gun and preparing to fire while driving.

Dude is an idiot

They video is even more damning. He sped up to catch up to the other idiot. I understand it is easy to get very posses off while driving. I don’t know why we do, but slow drivers, fast and aggressive, bad drivers all piss us off. But his reaction was anger not self defense. If he claims he drew his gun after the other guy displayed his three times, then he should have backed off, not sped up to take shots at him.

Yeah, so this dude was road raging and braking checking a dude, both of them pulled guns, and this idiot fired through his windshield. Those bullets could have hit anyone.

He shot through his windshield and unless they all managed to embed in the other dude's car, they kept going. It's a really stupid thing to do, and that's one of the various reasons.

His dashcam showed he was going over 100mph at one point. He was definitely the aggressor by brake checking and chasing the dude. The other dude was driving like an asshole, but he didn't instigate anything. Just let the dude pass and nothing happens.
