I don't think being a racist means you go to jail. We would have less people free than in jail.

But monkey isn't. If you say the n word... we know what you mean. that is a racial slur. People call people monkey with nothing to do with race. Yes, some have. But it is not exclusive.

I think they definitely complied in leaving the building. It seems like there were two boundaries as well.... I think that they thought they had done with the guy asked them to do and he had to come contact them a second time

The guy with the camera had to be at a further points he didn’t care about the other guy without the camera

And it looks like they were moving like he asked them to when they gave me the comment

I think it’s more about the comment the guy made if we’re all being honest here

The guys are making a loud scene , Security guard was doing his job but also being a dick, the guy made a shitty comment, the security guard reacted and then the other guy overreacted

i dont look at person identity and political affiliation before determining if the action was right or wrong, you do

if that was black racists causing problems and white security guard put his hands on one guy calling him names and got kod; you would sing a completely different tune and talk about how unprofessional the white security guard was and he should have thicker skin working as a security.

A SERIAL killer and rapist known as the "I-5 Strangler" has reportedly been murdered in jail.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said that an officer was doing a population count on Sunday morning when he found Roger Kibbe, 81, unresponsive on the floor.

Kibbe's cellmate at Mule Creek State Prison, Jason Budrow, 40, was standing in the cell, according to The Sacramento Bee.

Kibbe was taken to the prison's health care facility where he was pronounced dead an hour later.

Prison officials said that the criminal's death is being treated as a homicide, the outlet reported.

Budrow, who is serving life for first-degree murder as a second-striker, has since been rehoused in the Administrative Segregation Unit pending investigation, officials told the Bee.

The infamous I-5 Strangler was convicted of raping and murdering seven people, with crimes dating back to 1977.

His first known murder was Lou Ellen Burleigh who left her home for a job interview and never came back.

Kibbe confessed to luring her into a van to discuss a cosmetics job, before tying her up, raping and killing her, and then dumping her body in a dry river bed, the outlet reported.

However, he was not convicted for any crimes until 1991, when he was done for the murder of Darcie Frackenpohl – a 17-year-old prostitute.

He allegedly choked her to death with what prosecutors said was a cord with dowels at both ends.

It wasn't until 2008 that an indictment accused him of murdering Burleigh, alongside Barbara Ann Scott, Stephanie Brown, Charmaine Sabrah, Katherine Kelly Quinones, and Lora Heedrick all in 1986.

Sabrah, 26, was returning to Sacramento when her car broke down on the I-5. She decided to leave her mother with the car and drove off in a sports car with a man who offered to help.

Her strangled body was then found months later.

Scott was also kidnapped in 1986, with her body being dumped.

At the time of entering his plea bargain, prosecutors said that Kibbe kidnapped, tied up with a parachute cord and silenced his victims with duct tape, a local CBS affiliate reported.

Kibbe entered a plea bargain to avoid the death penalty in 2009, instead confessing to being guilty for the six victims that died in 1986.

Aboriginals were wronged in the past but there's no oppression or systemic racism like people like to pretend there is these days. We have systems in place here to help aboriginies that make affirmative action look tame. Getting paid to go to school, significant government payouts, priority for government housing, the works.

The problem is the Government would rather keep throwing money at them instead of addressing the real issues destroying their communities like Alcoholism and domestic abuse. Racism is the least of their problems.

Im not white and Ive personally never experienced any real racism once in my almost 30 years here. Been witness to alot of white Aussies being called "white cunts" thats about it, which the majority just laugh off. Theres the occassional race related incident but labelling Australia as a racist nation is hilarious to me. We dont take race anywhere near as serious as somewhere like America where everything seems to be centered around race.

this shouldn't be a debate at all

and election fraud is a separate issue
 
The woman that was jailed in 2003 for the second most infamous child murder case in Australia, is possibly heading to another retrial due to evidence that her children suffered from a genetic condition which would account for them dying in their sleep.
The original prosecution case rested pretty heavily on the improbability of four children in the same family dying of SIDS.
I'm still sceptical, but at least we don't have the death penalty and didn't execute her.
