Also, why, in your estimation, is "brandishing" a gun in one's car so different than "brandishing" a gun on one's patio? Inquiring minds want to know.
You opinions are dumb. Seriously, you support and back some of the dumbest stances there are out there.
 
I mean if zombies are climbing on it, ok. Other than that?
Decaying, shambling zombies like in The Walking Dead, or fast and agile as seen in 28 Days Later and at Antifa riots?
 
As soon as you pull a gun on someone they have a right to kill you. the end. That is how the court sees it every single time. Never pull a gun unless you are going to use it.
 
If you brandish your firearm you are throwing down. There's no way you can blame the guy for firing in response.
I'm all for shooting a guy that's pointing a gun at you. However it's always nice when people don't escalate a situation to the point of having an armed conflict. The shooter hit his breaks on purpose, flipped the guy off, verbally berated him, pulled his own gun out before he was menaced, and all he had to do was let the guy by and slow down to avoid the confrontation entirely.

yep. But ego and anger told him “nah, don’t let that muthafucka get away wit dat shit-you got yo boy in da car watching this and he think you soft af” so he fired and posted and thought he would be a hero, which shows just how stupid he actually is. He thought people would watch that and laugh and say “oh man, that’s badass and funny as hell.” But what everyone actually said was “you’re a dumbass that doesn’t deserve to have either a gun or a vehicle
