Heading to my first ufc event tonight

Unless your particular favorite is in the main event, maybe. I bought a shirt before UFC 226 that I ended up donating unworn to Goodwill because bad memories. I waited until after the fights ended to buy my shirt at UFC 241...

I still have my Jones/Shogun event shirt which still to this day I haven't burned. I also have event shirts that I attended with my ex-wife.. yeah your right it's time to head over to goodwill

Hey @TitsNtaters have a great time. When you can give an update on the vibe.
Overall the experience was awesome. The view was great. The energy felt dead during the early prelims but it got pretty hyped up when the main card started. Tatiana Suarez striking is so slow and basic, it was interesting to see in person. Sandhagen looked huge. Most of the arena was booing the main event and people started leaving mid 3rd/ beginning of the 4th round. I had a great experience overall though.

Oh hey thanks for the observations bud. Glad you had a great time. Should be fun for you to check the fights out later and compare the commentary to your notes. From sitting at home watching it felt like the Nashville crowd was outstanding. As the card wore on though, they got kind of restless and by the time the main event rolled around people wanted striking and violence and they got Sandhagen completely exploiting Font's weaknesses in takedown defense and jiu jitsu. How was the arena itself? It looked pretty cool on tv. I'd love to see a concert there some time if I'm ever around those parts. Nashville seems like a cool city. I've heard lots of good things about it.

Once the main card started the crowd definitely turned it up a notch, but the prelims were still good. Woodson looked great vs buzukja. Very fluid hands, fun to see in person. You were pretty much were spot on with your observation on the event though lol

For anyone who’s attended a ufc event, what do you think about these seats? Section 107 row D. I’ve been a fan for decades so I’m hyped, just don’t want to get too pumped up and then the view be shitty.

and Sandhagen via 3rd round tko

Hope you had fun.

Those are solid seats.

This is my ideal seating, which is where I photoshop my pdf tickets to and where I sit after entering with the cheapest tickets I can get.

it was awesome man. the view was fucking great…worth every penny. Good view of the screen/cage. It’s interesting to see the little things that go on outside the cage. Dana gave Tatiana a GIANT hug.. he definitely wants to see her become champ haha. Jeremiah wells legs were shaking when he went unconscious from getting choked out. Shit like that upload_2023-8-6_2-3-34.jpeg

fucking amazing view. I’ll post pics later the file is too big and my phones dying. Great fucking view

Looking forward to it. Cheers :)

I’ve had similar seats, you will be fine my friend you might even forget about the kind of seats you had while remembering the event later.
You should be able to see everything, as a short person I’d rather be up there then right up close
