Heading to jail for a little while

You can brew alcohol using fruit from your meals. Cards are a good way to kill time and meditation is the best thing to help you relax. Learn some shit off the smarter inmates. Anyone can end up in jail with one unlucky decision.

so basically I have to do 30 days in county jail, I should get out in about 3 weeks with good behavior. Does anyone have any recommendations on ways to stay busy? I plan on going in there with a bodyweight workout regimen so exercise will help me keep my mind off things.. I'll also be reading as much as possible. Any tips on workouts/ how to kill time in there would be appreciated my fellow sherdoggers

Jokes aside, I see time inside akin to an intercontinental flight somewhere - you know it will end at some point but in the meantime, there exist circumstances under which you can't do what you want or what you normally would have to do (like work). And in that exists a kind of serenity.

So, bloody sit there and make your peace with that fact, while sorting your life as well as your own shortcomings - heaven knows we all have them; perhaps think on what you did wrong and ensure you rise above when all this is said and done. Cut ties with shady characters irrespective of how long they've been in your life et cetera.

You are essentially embarking on a 30-day soul camp, brother, because they can break everything else but that. Never been in myself; just offering up what I can. If you look like Brock, you should have minimal issues, LOL. If you look like Cody Pfister, may God be with you.

Whatever happens do not get in debt to someone. Don't make wagers on games, cards, etc. That's the quickest way to get savaged.
For sure. I'll be In a work center with people doing short amounts of time for petty crimes so it's not like I'm heading to prison. I don't really play cards. I'm just gonna workout, read, and sleep the time away.

Well, I hate to admit it but I've spent quite a bit longer in county than a month. Have you ever been to jail before, and I'm not talking about in the drunk tank for 8 hours. Have you been to the real part of the jail for longer than a day? If not then this is more complicated.

Bruh. I've never done time but good luck. Hope it goes by quick.

I can't top the top few posts so I'm going to keep positive.
Haha I appreciate it man. It'll go by quick as long as I stay occupied

Nope. I'll be in a work center so I won't be in the typical county jail. Hell, I won't even be in a cell. I have a couple buddies in there as we speak so they should help me pass the time.

Watch Big Stan before you go in. It'll teach you how to not get ass-raped. Randy, Sapp and Frye are in it, playing ass-rapists.

Not sure what the particulars are, and it doesn't matter as much as how you are going to recreate yourself from here on out. Prison carries a terrible stigma, and you need to take control of peoples perceptions of you, otherwise you can be contained in a invisible virtual prison for your whole life. #Your self esteem and image matters.

Haha no Brock lesnar but no Cody pfister. I'm 6ft 230 with some bodyfat so losing some weight will be a plus. Plus I'll take a nice dose of TRT before I go in for some for some faster recovery for the workouts everyday :D

My advice is to stop doing whatever stupid shit got you put in there so you don't have to go back.
