I’m going to Thailand (not for training, just for the ladyboys) and I don’t think I’m going to see a gym either. Will probably just do pushups and stuff in my room

Studies that don’t know how to differentiate lean mass from water weight

They said the same thing about HgH. Anyone who knows about steroids knows HGH doesn’t add lean mass by its self.

One sat on their bum, eating normally.

One sat on their bum eating normally injected with testosterone.

One went to the gym, doing a normal strength and conditioning routine and eating normally.

One went to the gym, doing a normal strength and conditioning routine and eating normally, injected with testosterone.

Both the testosterone supplementing group's scored a higher muscle gain, than the other 2 groups,

Basically you can supplement with testosterone and sit on your arse and beat the guy working out at the gym without supplementing of course the group at the gym working out and supplementing scored highest.

HGH can absolutely add lean mass by itself. It increases protein synthesis and acts directly on skeletal muscle. It is why HGH is often used to prevent muscle wasting in elderly and infirm patients - even in the absence of physical training or exogenous testosterone administration, HGH increases lean body mass. I am so fucking back in the gym after being laid the fuck off. It's insane how packed and crowded it is compared to before, . Some epic motivation in there, it's definitely a therapeutic feeling.
