I don't have an issue with him pressing charges, if he didn't, then what other form of punishment was available? He can't throw down with a tranny and keep any dignity, and the tranny shouldn't be able to put hands on a dude without any fear of facing any consequences

Like in this video, "the DA didn't want to move forward to press charges because of liberal blahblahblah...PC correctness..blahblahblah". He always makes arguments in this way.
If what he described was accurate, that some dude in a dress simply grabbed him by the back of his neck on a TV show after he provoked him/her...then yea..it's a waste of the court's time to pursue a case like that. He wasn't injured. Nothing bad happened to anybody. It was just a bunch of nonsense.

Lawshuits have been filed for less but he's the other side's golden boy so it's a waste of time.

For sure there are a shit ton of frivolous lawsuits floating around. But i can easily see a DA saying this shit isn't worth anybody's time. Has nothing to do with liberal or conservative..or PC..or trying to protect trannys.
The tranny didn't curb stomp him.
I doubt anyone even know the DAs politics. It's a dumb assumption considering nothing of significance really happened beyond a tranny touhced him

He always does this shit where he says "facts don't care about feelings" Well, you're talking to another human being, not a computer. You are going to trigger people if you say something in a dickish way. He can't have a debate without being a prick

Tell-tale sign of zealots and nutters everywhere.

I find it particularly uncomfortable when present in otherwise intelligent people, knowing that, if they wanted to they could easily build bombs, concentration camps etc in their garage.
We're lucky Ben has a great life and is happy and content debating fools on the internet :)
