So a little context. Last year my company created a new Chief Diversity Officer position. After a long national search, the position was filled by a prominent social justice activist and an affiliate member of BLM. One of his first big initiatives of 2021 was for every employee to attend a week long racial sensitivity training. Mine is scheduled for later this week

I'm just curious if anyone else out there have gone through this at your workplace and what was your experience like in these trainings?
