Mathematically he would have to have won it 3 times in one of the two.
He beat Mo Smith, then dropped his title. Then he came back and won it again.
Then after his 205 title run, he retired, but returned and beat Sylvia.

Randy was a 5 time champ I believe, Mir was 3 if you count the interim
