Movies Happy Gilmore 2

I like the running gag of subway still sponsoring happy Gilmore in the second one.

Some of you guys saying it's pretty good and worth watching makes me feel like a kid being lured into public toilets for boiled sweets...
My trust has been violated before here on movie recommendations

I'm going to check this out in a minute or tomorrow, I'm knackered from work and in again tomorrow. See how I do. Everyone mentioning his big 5, I agree with all, but I also really liked Anger Management and 51st Dates, as well.

Would have gone to the theatre to see it like I fondly remember doing as a child for the first one but it's some hayseed nonsense streaming bullshite? The fuq?

You guys are easily amused. 20 mins in and its been a bumpy road. Some decent laughs but they're clinging hard to the first movie with the constant need to use flash backs.

A true sign of a mediocre sequel. Not to mention killing off a character in the beginning was absolutely retarded.

Also its Gilmore not Gilmour, he doesnt play the guitar for Pink Floyd.

Edit: wow I was wrong lol this is actually good for a sequel and breaking sequel rules. Really liking some of these cameos

Edit: is it the best comedy or movie or Adam Sandler movie? No

Is it entertaining? Yes
I thought the trailer looked awful, but I generally trust your movie commentary so I will give it a shot.

It's alright overall. They cling heavily to the first movie and some of it is corny but overall its not bad. It could have been a lot better

I've nearly finished it and I am loving it haha. It's great to see real pro golfers make cameos, as well as NBA and WWE stars.

It's also great to have a whole bunch of actors that were in the first movie like the IRS guy in the first movie, who's now a lawyer in this movie. As well as the media journalist that calls Gilmore "psycho", from the first movie, and the same again in this one. Also Ben Stiller and Dennis Dugan are back in this one. Great performances by everyone in this, good to see Jon Lovitz and 6th Sense star Haley Joel Osment, as well. Breaking Bads "Huell" is in it, too

A really great sequel to be honest.

Way better than expected, its a mid comedy at best. But in today's climate it's probably going to be the best comedy of the year. It's certainly one of the funniest Adam Sandlers comedies in years.

We liked it surprisingly a lot.
Anybody who loved the first one back in the day will have a good time with this.
