I get why you'd be offended, you expect the extermination of Palestine. You said so.

Huh? Quote me on that one. I expect the occupation of Palestine, not the extermination of all their people. Try to be a little bit honest, in your rabid defense of the group you totally don't support.

How would that work?

If that was plausible, Palestinians would live freely in Israel...

Again, Hamas is an organisation, not a population.

It's not about what you give Hamas.

It's what you give Palestinians.

There is a sizable Israeli force in Gaza right now, why isn't this an awesome time to appeal to the average Palestinian and tell them that they need to start forming a moderate government right now? And that Israel will provide the funding for the rebuilding of Gaza? And take those violent settlers out of the West Bank?

It's hardly 4D chess, it's just common sense.

Netanyahu in his ivory tower spewing aggressive rhetoric isn't helping a single person on Earth. Not a Jew, not Hamas, but more importantly, zero Israelis and zero Palestinians are benefiting.

Now is the time if not for an outright ceasefire, then for negotiation. Maybe the majority kick the Hamas scum into the streets for target practice?
that's pretty naive, and outright delusional.

How would that work?

Israel controls Palestine. That's how it will work. They're not gonna let them be governed by terrorists anymore.

So I'm gonna guess you have no quote of me saying that Palestine should be "exterminated" huh? Shocking.

I've got some bad news for you...

They're torturing the fuck out of them boys. That is a given. Every military claims to not use torture, because it's "ineffective...kind of...maybe", but lets face it, they do. Certainly a few weeks outside of the initial attack, when the emotions are high, and they've got a few folks to take out their aggression on. I'd confidently guess that the Hamas captives are not in a very good place right now, and are looking at car batteries and tweezers a little differently.
If true, I wonder what info they're looking to glean, or if it's just retributionary.

You'll notice that the pro-Palestinian rallies don't need to "reimburse travel expenses" i.e. pay people to come.
How do you know this? Source?

I'm talking about solving the conflict, not who is going to fire a rocket at an extremely well-equipped army.

Hamas are basically defeated, at least that's what Neyanyahu is saying.

Using the most up-to-date information, Hamas only have hostages left as leverage - according to Israel.

The question now is no longer about Hamas, it's about the future of Gaza.

Israeli forces have surrounded the leader of Hamas and killed a leading Hamas weapons developer as they entered the "heart of Gaza City", the military has said.

You guys need to be up to date.

The game is up for Hamas.
Hamas is still alive and very dangerous. Until they are cleared out of Gaza we are not in the next phase of this conflict which is where the future of Palestine will be decided.

The future of Palestine is being decided right now.

By every relative lost in a bombing, air strike, or gun fire.

The perpetuation of the next generation of Hamas-like ideologies is being created from the blood of innocent civilians.

Do Palestinians feel like Israel are a partner, here to help them rebuild?

Or an enemy, here to kill and maim?

I suspect this is a naive view of what's happening.

The people pulling the strings of the Hamas, the true leaders, are elsewhere in the Middle East (Iran/UAE/Qatar/Jordan). They are the ones going on TV. They are not the ones hiding out in the tunnels.

Do you think they are issuing arrest warrants and sending the police in to Gaza to make arrests for the 10/7 terrorists?
no i don’t. but if there are verifiable journalists involved that are otherwise out of there to continue reporting, they could.

<PlusJuan>

a new hamas member (or some equivalent) is born everyday. either israel continues mass-slaughtering civilians and creating new enemies next door or they take a hard look at their settlement strategy & decide to make the lives of themselves and their neighbors a lot better. with the funding they’ve received, im sure israel could provide a better life for palestinians than hamas ever could, they just choose to genocide them instead so they can claim palestine as their own.

Two things:

1) those people aren't true leaders

2) why are we bombing everyone else?

If the 'true leaders' of Hamas aren't even in the country, how can they possibly stop the Palestinians from taking their destiny in their own hands?

It's hard to think of a better way to prove you don't have an arguement than to write 'lol false' . Tnx
It's a stupid fucking comparison lol

You're welcome

Did america put a settlement of another people in the middle of Japan that started taking over whilst the native populace was oppressed and displaced, denied human rights, self direction, and then keep bombing Japan to present day?
