I hate Halloween. Flashbacks of:

Freezing cold weather where I couldn't feel my fingers as we went door-to-door.

I've never had a sweet tooth (always liked salty foods), so candy wasn't really a treat for me.

Scary movies followed by the token "ghost" story on the local news in the run up to the holiday.

Halloween sucks.

Just bought the Texas chainsaw massacre 40 years anniversary Blu-ray edition. Gonna watch that for early Halloween preparation. I will watch the halloween franchise in the upcoming weeks too.

A bit premature, no? It’s not even October yet.

Having said that, I am extremely jealous of Americans who go all out for Halloween. My bucket list item is to go to Salem for Halloween at some point in my life. Australians absolutely fucking suck when it comes to celebrating Halloween.

Weird considering the Celtic and Gaelic influence on the country. Maybe because the Irish didn't usually go there willingly?

I got a Freedy Kruger sweater. Will wear it to work. Thats about fucking it lol. I despise the certain businesses are closed holiday those always end up making me angry. So halloween is alright.
